Rural house built before 1.900 in the Parque Rural "Doramas" (natural space) in a Orchard With ecological cultivation (3.000 square meters)

This is a typical canarian house and previously was the teacher's house of Fontanales , which was restored in 2001 with traditional elements of canary rural world and set up with all confort to enjoy a confortable and peaceful holidays.

You are surrounded by nature and from the house you can enjoy some excellent panoramic view, some farming fields and a chestnut forest.

The house comprise two double bedroom, one bathroom and kitchen with rustic masonry and a dining room.

The house is equipped with: T.V. satelite, radio cd, central heating, vitroelectric cooker , refrigerator (capacity 235 litres), microwave, electric coffe-makeeer, electric toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

Swimming pool and a big terrace (140 m2) with garden furniture, barbacue and hammocks.

Surrounded by Caminos reales, useful in order to practise walking.

The house have been rewarded by the Patronato Turismo of Gran Canaria in 2001.

They are situated 2,5 kilometres far away from Fontanales. In this town you can find 3 restaurants, a phone box, supermarket, handmade article shop, wine cellar. In 10 kilometres far you arrive Moya; in this village you come across banks, shops, pharmacies, medical centre, etc..

-In Moya (10 minutes) you will find Tomás Morales museum and if you´d like to visit Cenobio de Valerón aborigen bed (Guía) it will take you 15 minutes.

- Trekking paths near to the houses:

- Towards Los Tilos de Moya: the crossroads to go down is 500 metres far from the house.

- Towards Los Pinos de Gáldar and Artenara crossroads: you´ll find the path to go up just behind the chestnuts trees at the entry of this rural estate.

- On Fontanales main road (2,5 kilometres) in the direction of football pitch there is a beautiful path to enjoy.

- Guided trekking in English and Spanish for a group of at least 5 people. We offer you different paths to choose. If you´d like to enjoy our guided paths please let us know in the booking.

- Traditional agricultural activities: you also have the possibility of participating in our farming seasonal works: recollection, sowing, etc. (Please tell us well in advanced).
